Documents for your case

The following documents can be reviewed at no charge:

1. Purchase Agreement and related Sales Documents

2. State Condominium Prospectus, Offering Plan, Property Report or other state disclosure document

3. Condominium and/or Community Declaration, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations

4. Advertising used by the developer for the property

5. Communication (i.e. emails or other documents) between you and the developer, the real estate agent or an attorney involved in the transaction

Keep in mind that condominium deposit refund cases can be won based on failure to provide disclosures on a single document.  The more information we have to evaluate your case, the better.

Additionally, it is important to know:

·    How many units are in your condominium / community?

·    Was your unit complete at the time of sale?

·    What disclosure documents were you provided?

·    How and when were such disclosure documents provided?

Contact us to find out if you have a case.
